Who we are

Allma is building team collaboration and productivity tools for the future of work that enable everyone in the company to make better decisions in real-time. Allma systematizes a company's non-stop firedrills– the painful events that capture a company's mindshare and cause teams stress and anxiety. We do this by building teams dynamic workflows that guide teams through problem solving, freeing them to focus cognitive energy on making key decisions. We've started by bringing the entire company together to collaborate on their technical incidents. Our Slack-native application orchestrates the complexity of critical, messy developer workflows in our back end, providing a simple, clean UI so teams can focus cognitive energy on key decision making.

Allma Recruiter Role

As Allma's first in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing full-cycle recruitment for the entire team. From sourcing to coordinating to screening to closing - you will play an essential role in growing the Allma team.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Allma team across all departments: engineering, product, marketing, operations
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates of all levels
  • Create and evolve a scalable recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the executive team and hiring managers to successfully fill headcount
  • Use data and empathy to make decisions and evolve recruiting at Allma

About you

  • 4+ years managing full life-cycle recruitment across departments at a tech startup
  • Building and scaling recruiting pipelines and processes: job descriptions, interview guides, email templates, hiring rubrics, and feedback forms
  • Taking a data-driven, empathetic approach to building and evolving our recruiting processes
  • Successfully and creatively sourcing diverse talent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the candidate experience in service of ensuring all candidates gain a transparent, authentic picture of Allma so they can make the best decision for them.
